2017 yılında kendimle tanışmak için çıktığım bu yolda bir çok öğretmenle, uzman ve rehberle çalışma fırsatım oldu. Ayurveda, trigger point, meridyenler, anatomi gibi dersleri alarak, hatha, yin, hamile ve release yoga gibi derslerde uzmanlaştım. Şimdi kendi yolumda devam ederken birileriyle yan yana yürümek bana da yeni şeyler öğretmeye devam ediyor.
