About Larissa
I’m Larissa, a certified and experienced Yoga teacher based in Central London.
My yoga journey began in London and resulted in me going to Mysore, South India to deepen my practice and obtain my certification in Hatha Yoga.
Studying under two highly experienced Yoga and Vedanta teachers I’ll always be grateful for the huge amount of knowledge and experience I gained my time there.
I have maintained a personal yoga practice for twelve years and have been teaching for seven. I teach privately 1-2-1 in person or online. I also work with exclusive residential gyms and yoga studios across London, as well as charities and community groups.
If you are looking to improve your physical and mental wellbeing in this busy, chaotic world or are thinking of providing the benefits of yoga for your employees and business, I ‘m here to help!

My yoga classes are thoughtfully tailored to suit each student’s individual experience level and personal goals—whether you're seeking relaxation, improved self-confidence, strength, or flexibility. In a typical 60-minute session, we may begin with a short meditation and pranayama (breathwork), followed by a carefully guided asana practice focused on posture, flow, and alignment.
I enjoy teaching at all levels from beginner to advanced helping to build a strong foundation by developing body awareness, mobility, and a deeper understanding of postures and sequencing. My aim is to support students on a journey toward greater physical and mental well-being.
For companies looking to bring the benefits of yoga into the workplace, I offer a flexible, impactful approach designed to enhance employee wellness and productivity. My corporate yoga sessions are specifically crafted for professionals in high-pressure environments, helping teams reduce stress, improve focus, and build resilience through mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques. I create a calm and supportive atmosphere that fits seamlessly into the workday.
I offer private one-to-one sessions, small group classes, and corporate yoga—both in person and online—tailored to your space, schedule, and needs.

Larissa is an excellent yoga teacher. During our classes she always takes the time to explain and demonstrate each posture clearly. She is mindful of my limits and provides helpful modifications for poses which I find more challenging. I have made amazing progress with my physical practice since starting her classes and feel my mental health has improved too. Her energy is friendly and welcoming, I have had great fun and would highly recommend Larissa as a teacher.
