About Lucy
My goal in life is to help people and teach them that life doesn't have to be boring and painful to go through. The body is absolutely your temple and should be looked after and cherished. I am very knowledgeable in nutrition as I worked in a nutrition and gym supplement store so learning about the body and what benefits individuals is my specialty! I love the gym and I would love to own my own studio some day to ensure as many women as possible get the help and appreciation that they deserve.

My name is Lucy, I am only 19 years old and yet I have had the absolute privilege of helping women and having the most rewarding experience watch them become their true self again, I absolutely love helping people find their confidence and love for their bodies and mind again while having the best time in the process of it. I have been teaching yoga for 2 years and have made so many connections and friends throughout. It is honestly so amazing seeing who people become when they get their spark back, I teach all aged women! I have intermediate classes and experienced classes so if you are just a beginner no need to worry I've got you girl! stick with me and you'll feel and look amazing :)
