Akrity have taught me various yogasana practices, she has admiring teaching techniques, the way she instruct any asana is very easy and understandable. She focuses on tiny details of asnas like from how to take first step to how to align body while in going into asana, how to breathe properly.
She instructs very smoothly, her instructions help us to connect with our body so deeply.
