I have a BA in English from Long Island University. My undergraduate studies focused on literature and creative writing. I keep up to date with current trends by taking direct-response copywriting courses with American Writers and Artists Institute.
I am the Assistant Editor of the Southern Arizona Hiking Club Bulletin.

I will assess where you are at your current level of English proficiency in the key areas of reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
I will focus on strengthening your writing by assigning reading materials relevant to your interests.
Each lesson will include a study of new vocabulary words.
During each lesson, we will converse about what you are learning to practice speaking with confidence.
I will ask you to write about what you have read. We will edit your work together, and learn proofreading techniques in the process.
