I'm an 18 year old boy
Even i used to be skinny didn't found any way due to bad habits of not following dicision i made for myself
Wheni started doing home workout it didnt worked due to lack of knowledge
Not taking enough protein not being in calorie surplus
Bt today the body i have people around think he is still skinny by they don't know what's inside bruhh
Even after having small sizei can lift heavy
Some peeps around me after watching the weights
I saw many who are bigger than me bt though weights they lift
So it's your choice guys what to do what not to
