My approach upon my student is for my student to enjoy learning English, for most part my aim is to be able to overcome students weakness. Usually the class will last at least 2 hours a week, only by then be able to address the student weakness. I obtain both my diploma and degree in TESL, my expertise is in student age 8-15 years old.
