As a martial arts teacher, I have learned that teaching people confidence is the most important thing. When you show someone what they are capable of, it's like showing them magic for the first time. When you teach someone skills, it's like giving them a tool to survive. When you give them time and knowledge, it's like giving them treasure.

Drills consist of footwork,relationship with distance, nervous system training and striking.
Ive been Blessed with learning from 2 teachers of Jeet Kune Do and 1 teacher of traditional Muay Thai. All levels welcome
