About Charlie
As a massage therapy student, thorough understanding on the workings of the musculoskeletal system is essential for proper assessment of my patients. Only with understanding body mechanics will I be able to truly help someone in pain.
Additionally, I find anatomy to be a fascinating subject! I helped a couple of my peers through our first year anatomy course, and loved it. Helping them, in turn, helped me anchor in the information.

Hi there! My aim for my lessons is to break down each anatomical structure into simple compartments to help you understand how the body moves in relation to musculature, and the musculoskeletal system. Each lesson will be focused on one structure in the body (ex.: the shoulder) so that we can gradually piece them together. These lessons are for anyone who is having difficulty in their anatomy class (college or high school level), or has an interest in deepening their anatomical knowledge.
