About Caitlin
I want to help people build and strengthen their literacy skills. I want to share and pass on my passion for literacy, English, reading and writing.
Whether you are a young student who needs extra support learning phonics skills or a high school student working on a novel study - or even an adult who has English as their second language, I want to support students to learn, understand and appreciate English and literacy.

I am a trained teacher with a strong background in English and literacy.
I take a student-centered approach to learning and teaching. I am able to adapt my teaching to the learner's needs and preferences. I want learning to be enjoyable and rewarding.
I am especially focused on teaching primary age students 5-13, but can teach high school students or adults wanting to strengthen their literacy skills. I can teach structured literacy.
Sessions can range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.
