About Jennifer
I taught jazz for 2 years, studied royal technical ballet and was a dancer in a well-known contemporary dance group for several years. Abroad I gave Zumba classes to groups of up to 100 people in different cities. And I'm still practicing sports like swimming, ice skating and fitness.

Italian
For all ages and for all people who are interested in learning to dance, resume dancing, lose weight and recover health. The methodology in terms of dance is based on warming the body to prepare movements, learn the technique and execution of movement and in the case of fitness the goal is to strengthen muscles and fat loss starting with a warm-up followed by cardio , strengthen and give muscle tonus and ends with stretching.
