About Kanika
I'm Kanika, recently I'm applying for a PhD position. The reason why I want to teach is because I think teaching what you enjoy gives you joy. Moreover, the more you read about science, the better you understand. You can also brainstorm ideas and researches, have discussions over topics as every one brings a new point of view.

I'm easy to go and can take things at the pace the student wants. I have habit of explaining things with simpler examples do that it becomes easier to grasp. Ihelp in making notes, giving pointers so that it's easier to go back and revise a topic without a lot of trouble.
I've recently completed my master's in Neuroscience, my modules were heavily biological aspects of neuroscience however I did a few psychology modules as well. Having done my bachelor's in biotechnology I was given a chance to study and learn about different modules such as genetics, biochemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, etc.
I've been giving private biology lessons since my bachelor's. However, that was back in India.
