Making every training session as participatory as possible is my teaching pedagogy. An interactive curriculum, in my opinion, is more memorable. I employ strategies like competitive quiz games and role-playing. It's frequently more difficult for students to understand the subject when they can't relate to it. In my role as a literature teacher, I try to encourage pupils to develop empathy for people, places, and ideas that are different from their own. I instruct high school pupils as well as university students in literature.
