About Francisco
I’m a saxophonist, flutist, composer, arranger, and teacher with over 28 years of experience. I have a Master’s in Jazz Performance from Jazzcampus – FHNW in Basel, Switzerland, where I studied with Daniel Blanc and Mark Turner, and a Bachelor’s in Music from FAAM/FMU, Brazil. I love teaching Brazilian music, jazz, and pop. My lessons are practical and personalized, combining technique, improvisation, and repertoire to help students at any level grow musically. I also play baritone sax in the Brasil Jazz Sinfônica Orchestra and have released three albums with my quartet, featuring my compositions and arrangements. I’m passionate about sharing everything I’ve learned to inspire and guide my students!
