About Sara
I graduated with my bachelor's in biology with a minor in chemistry from Mount St. Joseph University, and my master's in Biology with a focus on anthropology and geochemistry from Marshall University. I have taught human anatomy for 4 years at Marshall for university students alongside STEM summer camps for grades 4-6. I have received wonderful student reviews and greatly enjoy teaching.

My goal is to create lesson plans that work for each individual student. Whether that be creating practice tests, playing games, or looking at models and real-world applications. I have had one of the highest attended office hours at Marshall University's biology department, and highly rated student reviews. Whether the goal is to pass a class, prepare for the future, or deep dive into a specific interest - I am happy to help you meet your goal. I am teaching certified and certified by the Autism Center at Marshall University in order to meet all student needs.
