About Carolina
My name is Carolina, and I am a fitness and health professional with a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Physical Activity Sciences and a Master of Science in Physical Activity and Health (both U.S. equivalency evaluated by GCE).
I have several years of experience working in strength training, health promotion, and exercise prescription. I have worked with athletes, older adults, and individuals with chronic conditions such as cancer, osteoporosis, and diabetes.
My passion is helping people improve their health, confidence, and quality of life through safe, effective, and evidence-based exercise.
