I received my CRLA tutoring certification in college when I tutored math classes through Calc 2. I like to understand what the students need and how they like to learn in order to best fit the lesson to each individual. Whether you're more of a visual or auditory learner, lessons can be adapted to fit your needs. We will spend time reviewing concepts as well as going over practice problems to solidify concepts. I began tutoring in high school and continued in college, so classes such as algebra, calculus, and statistics are my specialties, but I am able to teach other courses as well as younger students.
