I’ve been a professional dancer for more than 10 years. Yoga and Pilates have been with me for more than those years. I do have certificates in both of them but mostly I have the experience not only practicing but teaching and helping others to build confidence around their bodies. Let’s practice together

Mat pilates is both physical and emotional exercise for you. I teach all levels. Let’s get your mind and body connected to get the best shape! Let’s bring your strength and motivation together.
I’ve been a dancer for more than 10 years and Pilates has helped my body to feel stronger and my soul to be more confident and patient.
It does not matter if you only want to be fit, have your summer bod or just move for a bit on your busy day, I’m here for you!
This is a non-judgmental space but I am going to make sure we accomplish those goals!
