About Keeling
Bio
I have been working as a professional tutor for over 10 years. I studied mathematics at the University of Arkansas with a focus on pure and applied mathematics. I went to high-school at ASMSA, which is a two-year residential program run by the U of A that offers college level classes. My professors along with the unconventional courses offered from this school gave me the motivation to become a tutor. I believed that since I was pursuing a higher education in math it was important for me to solidify the fundamentals. What better way to do this than through teaching it to others? I enjoy tutoring because it gives me a chance to share something that has been so important to me while also getting to watch students discover how truly beautiful math is. My top goal is to have my students look forward to the next session as they might not the class or especially the homework!

With that connection built on mutual respect, I find it much easier to carefully explain concepts in multiple ways to ensure students understand the material.
