About Jade
I am a recent graduate in Mathematical Biology at University. I achieved high grades in biology throughout school and university. I've also had past experience in tutoring as well as being a classroom assistant in general science classes ranging from primary to secondary.

I approach each topic by first discovering how the student effectively learns. Whether that's more visually or analytically, I would change my method. Biology has a lot of memorisation of definitions and processes, so part of the tutoring could be focussed on developing study skills specific to biology. I find that providing worked examples and then questions the student has to do themselves is the most effective way to fully understand the material.
