About James

Hi there! I'm James and I enjoy assisting people in their mathematical journey. I recently completed my degree in maths and I seek to encourage people to consider this subject a friend instead of a burden. I've been helping my close friends and university peers with exam preparation and general maths knowledge so tutoring is the natural next step.

The focus will be on truly explaining the various concepts rather than memorisation.
I can cover anything from GCSE level to Further Maths level.
A lesson will include introducing the discussion topic and its motivation. Then working together with the student on understanding the definitions and/or formulae. Finally I will present any calculation/exam tricks that may be involved.
