About Alma
I hold a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics and have 5 years of teaching experience. My passion for mathematics developed through a love of patterns, logical thinking, and problem-solving. Teaching allows me to share that enthusiasm with students in a supportive way.
I focus on creating lessons that are clear, organised, and encouraging. Students are given the time and guidance they need to build understanding and develop confidence. I enjoy adapting explanations to match different learning styles and abilities.
Outside teaching, I continue exploring mathematical ideas and applications across different fields. These interests help keep lessons interesting and relevant. Helping students achieve their goals and develop a stronger relationship with mathematics is something I find deeply rewarding.

My maths lessons are designed to help students understand concepts clearly and build confidence through practice. We work on topics such as algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and problem-solving strategies using simple explanations and structured exercises. I focus on developing understanding step by step.
Every lesson is adapted to the student's learning level and academic goals. Beginners strengthen their foundational skills, while advanced learners tackle more challenging questions and deeper mathematical reasoning. Practice and feedback are included regularly to support steady improvement.
I believe mathematics becomes more enjoyable when students understand the logic behind solutions. My lessons encourage curiosity, persistence, and confidence while reducing anxiety around difficult topics. The goal is to help learners approach maths with greater skill and self-belief.
