About Sonja
I'm a very caring and understanding person. If you struggle with something I will not bring your child down. I will always be there as help not as a person to bring you down. Your child will eventually learn to be able to come to me when I'm teaching and tell me exactly what they're struggling with.

In order to teach your children how to use art as a therapy I will ask them a bit more about themselves. I will ask if they're angry or stressed or scared about anything. I will then explain that art is a very calming way to express oneself. From there I'll allow them to show me how they can draw and I'll teach them techniques that I learnt when I took art.
