About Bilal
An MBBS graduate now pursuing Genomic Medicine at the University of Exeter, I have seen first-hand that biology is the foundation of medicine. Behind every diagnosis, every treatment lies the quiet story of how life works. I love showing students how the science in their textbooks comes alive in real patients and real lives. I teach because a clear explanation can turn a difficult subject into a favourite one, and I look forward to helping you discover the beauty of biology.

As a medical graduate, I teach biology the way I learnt it for medical school: understand the idea first, then practise it. Every topic is broken down with simple analogies and clear diagrams, so complex processes like protein synthesis, genetics and cell division become easy to follow. I don't just tell you the answer. I explain the logic behind each step, which is where real learning starts.
Once the concept is clear, we apply it to exam-style questions and past papers for AQA, Edexcel, OCR and Cambridge, so you know exactly how marks are earned. My lessons are friendly, relaxed and interactive. Questions are always welcome, and each session focuses on what you most want to improve, building your confidence alongside your grades.
