About Dylan
Hi, I'm Dylan, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Warwick with a Postgraduate Diploma in Renewable Energy Management. I have a strong passion for mathematics, physics, and helping students reach their academic potential.
Having studied these subjects at a high level, I understand that many topics can seem overwhelming at first. My aim is to make lessons engaging, easy to follow, and tailored to each student's learning style. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence without feeling pressured.
I am reliable, patient, and well prepared for every lesson. Whether you're looking to improve your understanding of the fundamentals, boost your grades, or prepare for GCSE or A-Level exams, I will work with you to develop the knowledge, problem-solving skills, and exam techniques needed to succeed.
I take pride in delivering professional, organised, and encouraging lessons, with the goal of helping every student become a more confident and independent learner.

I believe the best way to learn is by understanding concepts rather than simply memorising formulae. My lessons are tailored to each student's needs, whether they want to improve their confidence, prepare for exams, or achieve top grades. I explain topics step by step using clear examples, then work through practice questions together before encouraging students to solve problems independently with guidance where needed.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged for exam preparation. I teach GCSE and A-Level Maths and Physics, adapting the pace and difficulty to suit each student. I also help students develop effective revision techniques, exam strategy, and problem-solving skills so they can approach questions with confidence.
I hold a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick and a Postgraduate Diploma in Renewable Energy Management. Throughout my studies I developed a strong understanding of mathematics, physics, and engineering principles, and I enjoy making challenging topics easier to understand through practical explanations and real-world examples.
My lessons are suitable for secondary school, GCSE, and A-Level students of all abilities, whether they are aiming to improve their grades, strengthen their understanding of the fundamentals, or prepare for important examinations.
