About Sean
I started working with students when a friend encouraged me to apply for a math tutoring position in 2017. I quickly fell in love with it, and have been tutoring ever since!
I've been tutoring students for 7 years, starting as a peer math tutor at The Institute for Learning and Teaching while attending Colorado State University in 2017. Since then, I've worked for CSU's Adult Learner's and Veteran Services, teaching everything from Algebra to Differential equations.

My goal as a tutor is to always be patient when going over concepts, and work towards a complete understanding of every subject. I will also adjust how I approach the material to your needs.
I have tutored pre-algebra, algebra 1 & 2, Trigonometry, precalculus, calculus 1, 2 and 3 (AB and BC), And differential equations. I've worked both in 1 on 1 environments, and lead group learning sessions. I have worked with dozens of students online for various platforms, and I've logged over 3000 hours of math tutoring!
On top of learning the material, I try to make learning math as enjoyable as possible. I understand it's not everyone's favorite subject, but hopefully you'll come away from our lessons with a bit more of an appreciation for the subject.
