About Sanjai
Hello! My name is Sanjai, and I am currently a medical school student with a strong passion for teaching. Here’s a little about me:
I have always loved learning, especially Mathematics and Science, which is why I’ve chosen to share my knowledge with others.
As someone who understands the challenges of school life, I want to make learning less stressful and more enjoyable for my students. My goal is to help you feel confident in tackling difficult topics and to provide the support you need to succeed.
My Teaching Philosophy:
I believe that everyone learns differently, which is why I tailor my lessons to suit your learning style. Whether you’re a visual learner, someone who needs extra practice, or someone who struggles with confidence in a subject, I’m here to help!

Experience:
- 3 years of teaching experience with P5, P6, Sec 1, Sec 2, and IB MYP students.
- Graduated in 2022 with an IB Diploma, scoring 43/45. Achieved 92/100 (Grade 7/7) in SL Mathematics. (Other grades available upon request with proof!)
My Teaching Style:
I customize lessons to fit each tutee’s unique learning style, creating a patient and supportive environment. To maximize efficiency during lessons:
1. Preparation: I review materials (e.g., school notes, assessment books, past papers) in advance, so sessions can focus on solving problems and mastering question techniques.
2. Practice: I provide progressive practice questions, starting from basic to advanced difficulty, ensuring concepts become second nature.
3. Concept Mastery: Weak areas will be identified and explained step-by-step until fully understood.
4. Visual Learning: I use an iPad to draw diagrams and visually explain concepts for enhanced clarity.
Rates:
- $20 to $30/hour (depending on the level and subject).
