About Akriti
Academic tutoring: Having sat the same exams as my students and having achieved high grades, I can offer personal insight and teach the most efficient ways to learn content, plan studying and revise for exams for the best outcomes in the given time frame. My degree and medical studies also provide students with a great depth of knowledge for questions beyond specification level. Medical school entrance: I achieved a score of 3020 (top 3%) on the UCAT, with 4/4 interviews and 3/4 offers and I am able to teach students my personal strategies for a successful application process from start to finish.

I have tutored over 30 long-term students aged 11-19 on secondary and A level content. Lessons are 1 or 2 hours long over Zoom. They generally comprise of PowerPoint presentations/activities followed by exam practice but lesson structures vary depending on the student's needs and target grades (e.g. more rigorous exam practice at higher levels for A* grades or easy to digest presentations for basic understanding).

Akriti is a great tutor who knows the maths and science specifications inside out after so many years of experience and pays extreme attention to detail to her student’s concerns.
I cannot recommend Akriti enough as a Science tutor. She is knowledgeable, flexible, and reliable, She also knows how to cater her lessons to the kids’ needs and they have done well in their exams thanks to her. Her lessons are personal and she really makes sure that the topic is understood, I would not hesitate to get her as a tutor!
