About Samuth
Hi! I’m Samuth, a medical student currently studying at the University of Glasgow, with a BSc (Hons) in Medicine from the University of St Andrews. I’ve worked as an educational mentor, online tutor, and peer supporter, helping students reach their academic goals in subjects like Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at both GCSE and A-Level. With experience mentoring first-year medical students and tutoring online, I understand how to break down challenging topics and explain them in a way that makes sense. My lessons are interactive, structured, and tailored to each student’s unique learning style. Whether you’re aiming to improve your grades, build confidence, or prepare for university entrance exams, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way. Professional, friendly, and committed — I believe in helping every student unlock their potential.

As a medical student with a strong academic background and previous tutoring experience, I focus on creating a supportive and encouraging environment tailored to each student’s needs. I break down complex topics into manageable parts, using visual aids, real-world examples, and active recall techniques to boost understanding and retention. Each lesson is typically 60 minutes, although this can be adjusted based on the student’s preference and concentration span. I use a structured yet flexible approach: starting with a quick review of previous material, introducing new content with interactive discussion, and finishing with practice questions to solidify understanding. I’ve previously tutored students at GCSE and A-Level in subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, and Maths, and I’m happy to support anyone from secondary school to sixth form, or even those preparing for university admissions. My aim is not only to help students reach their target grades but also to build confidence in their learning process.
