About Ciaran
I am a 4th year medical student who has recently completed an intercalated Bsc in Anatomy and Developmental biology. I have a passion for medical education with a particular interest in surgical topics. While at medical school I have organised and provided teaching for fellow students through various roles in students societies in addition to working part time as a tutor for GCSE & A level. I am a motivated individual who strives to get the best out of my students by adapting my methods to suit their learning styles in an exam focused manner.

I use an exam focussed method in all my teaching sessions, reading the past papers in advance so I am aware of high yield exam content which can be emphasised in class. However, I ensure that this never comes at the cost of understanding, taking time to explain difficult concepts thoroughly and in an easily digestible format with the goal being education, not preparing students for a memory test.
