About Kishor Kumar
As a dedicated medical student with an excellent academic track record, I bring both subject mastery and discipline into my teaching. Having achieved straight A+ in SPM, I understand the demands of high-stakes examinations and the strategies required to excel. I adopt a student-centred and interactive approach to tutoring, focusing on simplifying complex concepts into clear, understandable ideas. As a medical student, I am trained to think analytically and explain concepts logically, which helps me guide students step-by-step until they fully understand a topic.
My teaching techniques include:
Breaking down topics into manageable parts for easier understanding

Encouraging active participation through questions and discussions
Reinforcing learning with practice questions and exam-oriented techniques
Conducting short comprehension quizzes at the end of every class to assess understanding and retention
Each lesson is typically 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the student’s level and needs. This allows sufficient time for teaching, practice, and feedback without overwhelming the student.
In terms of qualifications, I am currently a medical student with a strong academic background, having achieved A+ in all subjects in SPM. While I may be early in my formal tutoring journey, I have experience explaining concepts to peers and juniors, which has strengthened my ability to teach effectively and patiently.
My lessons are designed for primary and secondary school students, particularly those preparing for UASA and SPM examinations. I focus on helping students build a strong foundation, improve exam techniques, and gain confidence in their studies.
Overall, my goal is not just to help students score well, but to ensure they truly understand what they are learning and become independent, confident learners.
