About Bethany
I am an Australia based Artist and fine art teacher, I have been doing freelance art for the past 5 years and teaching art in a Melbourne gallery for over a year. I grew up in art classes, from a young age I was never into sports or any other hobbies, I lived and breathed art and loved art-classes more than anything in the world. Now that I'm an adult I want to spend my life bringing that joy and passion to others, anywhere in the world, My students can join classes at any age or skill level, all you need is a willingness to learn and the rest we will figure out together!

My teaching method is very adaptable and customised to the individual students needs.
I structure classes by giving an over view of the topic, a short demonstration, then assigning a simple - but impactful group task that will assist the students understanding of the topic. I strongly believe that learning the fundamentals of drawing and sketching is key for any artist success. Above all I love to teach in a way that makes the student feel confident and comfortable in what they are doing, Art can be difficult and it takes a lot of practice to achieve the skills we often strive for, but with the right support and guidance I believe anyone will find the process extremely rewarding.
