About Jerilyn
I have been tutoring for 5+ years, with strong skills in math, home economics, and arts&crafts. I work with any one from toddler to high school. Toddlers I help and encourage them to learn their colors, manners, and any thing the parents would like. Grad school and high school students, I help them with anything they are struggling with in school. Anything you need help with, I am here to help!

I am a very patient, and understanding teacher. I will make sure my student knows whatever it is 100% percent before moving on. A typical lesson with me, begins by asking the student what they already know about the topic, what they need/want to know, and what they expect to learn. I will then go over the topic/subject and putting extra on what the student said they were struggling with. Before the session ends I make sure the student doesn't have any questions and knows everything we covered. If I am working with a student more than once and intend to see them in the future will make little pop quiz to see exactly where the student at. If a student and/or parent does not like the way i did/do something, I am open to suggestions and appreciate the feed back.
