About Shae

I love working with all ages and levels because I’ve taught for 10+ years in settings with various types of people. I’m outgoing and love helping one on one to share the love of dance. My college degrees in dance prepare me to teach both the technique and history of dance.

About the lesson

My lessons are based on the client’s needs. I’ve worked with 60+ year olds on mobility and stretching to fun music, as well as young students from dance studios on competitive dance technique and college audition videos - and everything in between!
