About Savannah
I'm a certified 200-hour yoga teacher with years of experience as a competitive rhythmic gymnast. I value safe and effective movement. It's more important to me that the people who come to my class are able to feel their bodies and breath and achieve a comprehensive understanding of how a pose can open them up to a meditative state, than the achievement of any pose itself.
