About Quinn

Hi! I'm Quinn, an enthusiastic and open-minded art student from China, currently studying at Monash University in Australia!

I've been drawing for over 10 years, with a strong background in traditional drawing techniques. I'm particularly passionate about figure drawing, human anatomy, and exploring the relationship between the human body and nature. I also love experimenting with different materials and artistic approaches to express ideas and emotions.

Beyond art, I love traveling, meeting new people, and discovering different cultures! I speak Mandarin Chinese and English, and I'm currently learning Spanish. I'm naturally talkative, curious, and always excited to exchange ideas and learn from others.

I'm friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping people. I welcome honest feedback and different perspectives, and I'm always happy to adapt my teaching style to your personality, interests, and goals.

I believe art is not just about developing skills, but also about discovering yourself and connecting with the world.

I'd love to share my experience, hear your ideas, and explore art together. Everyone is welcome! :)

About the lesson

I believe art is for everyone, and there's no single "right" way to create!

With over 10 years of drawing experience and a background in traditional Chinese art training, I can help you build strong technical foundations while encouraging you to discover your own artistic voice.

What can we explore together?

- Drawing fundamentals: Sketching, observation, proportions, perspective, shading, realistic drawing, portraits, and figure drawing.
- Creative exploration: Experimenting with different materials, techniques, styles, and artistic approaches.
- Personal expression: Exploring your ideas, emotions, experiences, and inner world through art.
- Individual projects: We can create together, develop your ideas, or I can guide you through your own artwork with personalized feedback.

I'm currently developing my own art portfolio, which includes a variety of artworks and creative approaches. I'd be very happy to share my work with you!

Lessons are flexible and tailored to you. Sessions start from 60 minutes, with longer lessons available for more complex projects or in-depth creative work.

Whether you're a complete beginner hoping to draw more realistically or an experienced artist looking to develop your personal style, you're welcome!

My teaching approach is patient, encouraging, and collaborative. Rather than imposing my own style, I want to understand what YOU want to create and help you get there.

My goal is to help you create artwork you're genuinely proud of, while enjoying the process of making it.

Let's explore, experiment, and discover your own artistic language together! :)
