About James
I’m James, an MSc neuroscience grad student with a passion for turning tough challenges into learning breakthroughs. My battle with aggressive MS and experiences in academia taught me that struggling with memory or motivation is normal. I use science-backed methods, memory techniques, and creative tools (even AI gadgets) to help information finally stick - no shortcuts, just good strategies. And I'll help make sure you're on the right track! Lessons are relaxed, friendly, sometimes quirky, and always supportive. Questions and mistakes get celebrated, because they lead to answers worth remembering. I teach in English, working with students at any level, from high school to university, as well as adults keen on sharpening brainpower or tackling learning problems. Those who’ve faced learning hurdles or health challenges will find a relatable guide here. Every session is tailored to the student, full of practical advice and a healthy dose of curiosity. If you want memory and neuroscience to actually make sense, or just want to enjoy learning for once, you’ll find a teacher who brings science, humor, and real life together. I'm also open to your own critical feedback throughout the process. We're all unique and one size doesn't fit all.

I’m not your typical science tutor. My sessions are filled with curiosity, humour, and a big dose of real-world neuroscience.
