About Sidra
I am Sidra, MSc Psychology and ADCP qualified with 5 years of hands-on experience supporting children with autism. Currently I am pursuing MS Clinical Psychology and researching autism.
I started working with autistic children because I saw how much parents struggle without practical guidance. I want to teach parents and teachers simple, evidence-based strategies that they can use at home and in the classroom to help their child communicate, learn, and feel more confident.
I am a patient, empathetic listener and I believe every child can progress with the right support.

My approach is practical and parent-focused, based on 5 years of hands-on autism therapy. I use behavioral techniques, visual schedules, communication building, and play-based learning tailored to each child.
A typical lesson is 60 minutes online: 20 min understanding the child's behavior, 30 min teaching practical strategies and activities, 10 min home plan and tracking sheet.
Qualifications: MSc Psychology, ADCP, 5 years autism therapy experience, MS Clinical Psychology scholar with research on autism.
My lessons are for parents, teachers, and caregivers of autistic children (ages 2-12) who need daily routine strategies, behavior management, and communication support at home and school.
