I’m a CSCS-certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with an MSc in Strength and Conditioning and a background as a competitive athlete. My experience both on the field and in the gym allows me to connect with clients, understand performance demands, and design practical, science-based programmes that deliver real results.

My coaching is built on sport science principles and practical, easy‑to‑apply training methods. As a CSCS‑certified coach on the UKSCA pathway, I focus on improving strength, fitness, movement quality, and overall performance through structured, personalized sessions.
A typical lesson starts with a quick movement check or warm‑up, followed by targeted strength or conditioning work based on your goals. I keep sessions clear, progressive, and technique‑focused so you understand what you’re doing and why it matters.
What sets my coaching apart is the blend of high-performance experience working with Sale Sharks Academy and international athletes and an approachable style suited for all levels. Whether you’re an athlete or a general client, I help you train smarter, move better, and build long‑term physical development safely and confidently.
