About Bejoy
I started practicing yoga from school days and still practicing. I have felt the benefit of yoga as feeling relaxed, strong, flexible and share the same experience. I have been to national inter-university yoga championship and am able to train for lifestyle diseases, general health, and for competition.

I have studied yoga at Central University of Kerala. And worked at homeopathy dispensary AHWC under National Ayush Mission where I took classes for general public and selected practices for patients based on their limitations and abilities. As a therapy session for the patients at AHWC.
