Muay Thai is also known for the most dangerous sports as it includes sharp bones to the movements, it is simply dangerous yet beautiful. Plus, Muay Thai is so great for anyone who wants to lose weight as every part of your body has their roles. My teaching style is to work on the right technique first, and then you will have fun with the pads kicking and beautiful movements.
I am a serious coach/trainer who is not a fan of just teaching any kind of cardio boxing without accurate techniques. However, I am confident that I can help you achieve your fitness and health goals. Even though your aim is simply just to lose weight, in this case, you will also get to practice Thai boxing which can be practical self-defence techniques in real life!
I possess B.P.J.E.P.S in physical preparation from CREPS/CNEA, France, which made me qualified to train athletes in altitude, conduct Pilates class for elders. In terms of combat fighting, I have experienced living and fighting in Thailand for 3 years that taught me the accurate way to train intense Muay Thai and teach clients in proper Thai style. My last fight was in 2019 at O2, London.
I also have great knowledge and qualified to provide you with the right nutrition and diet depending on your goal whether you are an athlete or wanting to lose weight.
