About Florian
I possess a diploma B.P.J.E.P.S in physical preparation (Level 4 in the UK) from CREPS/CNEA, France, which made me qualified to train athletes in altitude, conduct Pilates class for elders, train a non-athletes person for an ideal body and condition, etc.
In terms of combat fighting, I have experienced living and fighting in Thailand for the past 4 years, which taught me the accurate ways to train intense Muay Thai. In my lesson, I teach my students with a proper Thai style that you will barely find in somebody else here. As a person who strongly holds a passion for teaching, you will find a unique session that challenges your limit and mental in every of my classes.
I have continued to live in London and sharing this beautiful sports and Thai culture with other people. My last fight was in 2019 at O2, London.
I also have great knowledge and hold a qualification to provide you with the right nutrition and diet depending on your goal whether you are an athlete or wanting to lose weight. I am able to work on people with any condition.
The main location of training is at SE1 (London). However, I have a car so I am able to move to your desired location with extra charges (fuel and travelling miles)

"Muay Thai, or literally 'Thai boxing', is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the 'art of eight limbs' as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins." - Wikipedia
Muay Thai is also known for the most dangerous sports as it includes sharp bones to the movements. It is simply dangerous yet beautiful.
Plus, Muay Thai is so great for anyone who wants to lose weight as every part of your body has their roles.
My teaching style is to work on accurate technique first, and then you will have fun with the pads work and then, later pursue beautiful movements.
I am a serious coach/trainer who is not a fan of just teaching any kind of cardio boxing without the right techniques. I am confident that I can help you achieve your fitness and health goals. Even though, your aim is simply just to lose weight, in this case, you will also get to practice Thai boxing which can be practical self-defence techniques in real life!
