About Sanna
I am an award-winning artist that has had my work shown all over the world. I won the United States Presidential Scholar in the Arts Award at the age of eighteen, and was also a Young Arts Finalist and a Scholastic Awards Winner. I have had my work shown at the Kennedy Center and Art Basel, and spend my summers teaching art students in Paris. I am a classically-trained artist and graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in Art and a GPA of 3.9. Above all, I love art. I adore art from all time periods, love discussing hidden meanings, and exploring the way that art history affects our world. I am extremely passionate about all art mediums, I would love to explore with you and help you find your inner-artist voice.

I have been learning and practicing art for a decade, all over the world, and I love to share that knowledge. I am an expert in portraiture, anatomy, drawing, painting, art history, textiles, and conceptual art. I love art and I want you to love it too. I know art can seem daunting or inaccessible, but when you take it one step at a time and really explore the past and present of art, study the Old Masters, and be patient with ourselves - art is the best thing in the world! I work with all children, from ages pre-k to high school.
