About Jess

I have been teaching for the past 2.5 years.
I completed my 200 hour YTT in 2017 and my 300 hour YTT in 2019 in India
I have taught over 300 hours in the past 2.5 years to kids and adults

About the lesson

My main aim is to encourage students to gain and maintain a sense of balance, peace and patience with themselves in and outside of their practice. I combine mindfulness, meditation and traditional Indian philosophy ensuring my classes are suitable for all levels
