About Dave
• I started playing violin when I was 5
• Switched to bass guitar in High School (because it was cooler)
• Spent a year on tour playing bass & singing backup vocals
• Went to college and got a degree in vocal performance
• Went to another college and got a degree in audio engineering
• Got a recording studio job and worked there for 10 years
• Became a worship leader and crafted the weekend services
• Worked for The Online Recording Studio in London, UK for a year
• Worked as a Creative Pro at Apple for a year
• Launched Gerhart Creative to help empower creatives

My name is Dave. And I'm a Creative Professional.
I've spent over 20 years in the music industry helping independent artists capture their creativity in the form of an album. I've helped countless people setup home studios so they can record at home. And I make my own music.
I teach using encouragement and humor, and I'll provide feedback on areas that need improvement. I partner with you on the journey and help you learn how to unlock the creative potential inside.
