About Poonam

Whatever I have learnt to make my life better, I want to share with everybody, whether it is acupressure, yoga poses, manifestations, breathing, meditation. Do not take my class as just a yoga class. This is for the alignment of your body and prana.

About the lesson

Learn how to breathe correctly (anulom vilom, bhastrika). Gentle easy yoga poses for all ages. Many other beneficial tips for a healthy body and mind. The solution to many of our problems lies within our body itself. 45-minute lesson. I took classes from Patanjali Yoga.
