About Amisha
Graduated from Svyasa Bangalore in 2021. Along the same period got certified as a Iyenger Yoga teacher and been a practitioner since then. I have also completed my post graduation from NIMHANS Bangalore in Yoga specialising in Mental health and Neuroscience.The subject has always been fascinating to me ,showing me beauties of life , here to help you experience the same too.
