Hi my name is Caitlin and I am 22 years old. I have obtained my degree in Human Resources and I’m currently pursuing my post graduate diploma in labour relations. I love to cook, read, binge watch series and play sports. I am very friendly and punctual so rest assured you’ll be Able to achieve your English goals with me. My teaching style will be applied using the three D’s method. Which is Directing, Discussing, and Delegating. The directing style promotes learning through listening and following directions. The discussing style promotes learning through interaction. The delegating style promotes learning through empowerment.
Having a little brother has made me play the teacher role in his life and I loved everything about it especially when he’d come home with an A+. I love to help people where I can and share my knowledge. I know that I will give it my all to see progress in every student. Teaching makes me feel empowered and that gives me the drive to want to pursue it even more. I love having fun lessons with charts and graph so students feel more at ease.
