About Fareedah

Hi! My name is Fareedah Imam and I am a first-year undergraduate student at the University of Toronto. My courses are Mathematics, Economics, Political Science and African Studies - so if you want to talk about topics other than Mathematics, I am all ears. I grew to love Mathematics because my mother had the patience to teach it to me. I hope to share this same passion with my students and develop your problem-solving, autodidactic and critical-thinking skills. Though I do not specifically do mathematics anymore, I owe mathematics my ability to pick up skills quickly. Through my lessons, I hope to unearth your reason(s) for learning Mathematics too! Each lesson will be something different as I want to make my classes as engaging as possible. In the end, I hope you we learn different things from one another.

Perfect! Very patient, kind, and knowledgeable!

Fareedah's response
Cedar is a wonderful student to teach; she is willing to speak up when she does not understand certain topics and practice in and out of sessions.

It is also fun to converse with her on topics outside of mathematics ️.
