I USE A UNIQUE APPROACH IN BUILDING A STRONG, SUPPORTIVE AND TRUSTING RELATIONSHIP WITH THE STUDENTS THROUGH PERSONALIZED GOAL ORIENTATION AND ENGAGING LESSONS. I USUALLY TEACH 30 MINS AND THE REST OF THE REMAINING TIME APPLY THE SUBJECT WITH PRACTICAL EXAMPLES IN THE REAL WORLD OF WORK TO ENABLE THE STUDENTS TO UNDERSTAND THE SUBJECT MUCH BETTER. I USE BRAINSTORMING SESSIONS TO ENABLE THE STUDENT TO THINK OUT OF THE BOX IN SOLVING A PROBLEM AND TO ENHANCE ACTIVE LEARNING. BUILDING RAPPORT BY CREATING POSITIVE LEARNING.
