I believe the best way for you to get fit is to do exercises that you enjoy because you are more likely to do them in the future. The most important part about training is to plan it out carefully, you wouldn't write an essay without a plan so don't go to the gym without a programme. I will not only help design this periodised programme but will also help you to implement it.
